Overview

The Opportunities tab is where you log and manage opportunities in one place. Organize them into pipelines, move contacts through pipeline stages, and keep sales motion visible alongside your AI agents. Use it for anything you would track as a deal or next step: booked demos, quotes sent, contracts out, and closed won or lost.

Structure how opportunities flow from new to closed with stages that match your process.

Agent & workflow actions

Create or update opportunities from voice/chat tools and from workflows—no copy-paste.

Pipelines and stages

  • Pipelines – Separate funnels for different products, teams, or campaigns (for example “Inbound” vs “Outbound”).
  • Stages – Steps within a pipeline (for example QualifiedProposalWon). Move opportunities forward as conversations progress.
Align stage names with how your team already talks about deals so reporting and handoffs stay obvious.

Tools: Create & Update Opportunity

Add these from the Tool Library on voice or chat agents so the AI can create a new opportunity or update an existing one (stage, value, notes, etc., depending on configuration). See the Tool Library for full details and the Voice Agents / Chat Agents guides for attaching tools.

Workflow actions: Create & Update Opportunity

In Workflows, use Create Opportunity and Update Opportunity to drive pipeline updates from automation—for example after a high-score call, a Meta form submit, or an inbound webhook.
